You must redeem all your Rewards Points by 17th November 2025. After this date, any remaining Rewards Points will expire and cannot be redeemed.

You will stop earning Rewards Points on eligible HSBC credit card transactions from 12th November 2025 onwards(depending on your statement closing date that should fall before 12 November 2025).

All unused points will expire on 18th November 2025 and will no longer be redeemable. There will be no compensation or extension for expired Rewards Points.

Yes. All vouchers redeemed before 17th November 2025 will remain valid for 1 month from the date of redemption.

No. After 18th November 2025, you will no longer have access to your loyalty account or your Rewards Points balance.
