What happens if I don’t use my travel booking or cancel on time?

Failure to travel or cancel bookings within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the booking, and no refunds will be provided.

How is my personal information handled after the programme closes?

Your data will be securely stored until 30th December 2025, after which it will be permanently deleted. For more details, please review the privacy policy.
