Due to the MRP Oman programme closure, you will have been eligible to earn My Rewards Points for all purchase transactions up to 15th May 2023. Cash advances, finance charges, credit card repayments and fees of any kind will not earn Rewards Points.
My Rewards Points are offered only to HSBC Premier and Advance credit cardholders, and they are not exempt from this policy. For full details of the benefits HSBC Premier and Advance credit cardholders receive please visit www.myrewardspoints.com, or contact the HSBC Relationship Manager.
No, unfortunately we do not allow the transfer of Rewards Points to other loyalty programmes.
Premier credit card: Up to 15th May 2023,you would have been eligible to earn 10 My Rewards Points for every 1 OMR you spend on your Premier credit card. For example, if you spend OMR 1,000 on purchases, you will get 10,000 My Rewards Points on your Premier credit card.
Advance credit card: Up to 15th May 2023, you would have been eligible to earn 5 My Rewards Points for every 1 OMR you spend on your Advance credit card. For example, if you spend OMR 1,000 on purchases, you will get 5,000 My Rewards Points on your Advance credit card.
Air Rewards are subject to airlines availability. You can book online at www.myrewardspoints.com The last day to redeem your points for new booking is 30 June 2023.

Cancellations and refunds are subject to airline conditions. Following the announcement of the MRP Oman program closure, miles refunds related to the cancellation and amendment of travel rewards can only be processed until 30 June 2023, while credit card refunds can only be processed until 16th August 2023.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure by calling the My Rewards Points Travel Support Team, on +968 24762762 between 9am to 6pm (Oman time) from Sunday to Thursday, excluding Government and National holidays.

A cancellation fee of OMR 18 applies to each cancellation, per passenger, for flight bookings paid using miles only or miles + cash. This fee is in addition to any fees applied by the applicable airline.

A cancellation fee of OMR 5.30 applies to each cancellation, per passenger, for flight bookings paid using cash only. This fee is in addition to any fees applied by the applicable airline.

An amendment/cancellation fee of OMR 18 applies to each change/cancellation, per passenger, for flight bookings paid using miles only or miles + cash. This fee is in addition to any fees applied by the applicable airline.

An amendment/cancellation fee of OMR 5.30 applies to each change/cancellation, per passenger, for flight bookings paid using cash only. This fee is in addition to any fees applied by the applicable airline.

These fees, plus any fare difference, if applicable, are payable with a valid Visa or MasterCard credit card only. Payment of change fees in Rewards Points is not permitted. Changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure and between 9am to 6pm from Sunday to Thursday (Oman time), excluding Government and National holidays, by calling the My Rewards Points Travel Support Team, on +968 24762762.
