No, unfortunately we do not allow transfer of Rewards Points to other loyalty programmes.
Premier credit card: You will earn 10 My Rewards Points for every 1 OMR you spend on your Premier credit card. For example, if you spend OMR 1,000 on purchases, you will get 10,000 My Rewards Points on your Premier credit card.
Advance credit card: You will earn 5 My Rewards Points for every 1 OMR you spend on your Advance credit card. For example, if you spend OMR 1,000 on purchases, you will get 5,000 My Rewards Points on your Advance credit card.

Yes you can. However, cancellations and refunds are subject to airline conditions. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure and between 9am to 6pm from Sunday to Thursday (Oman time), excluding Government and National holidays, by calling the Rewards Points Customer Service Centre on + 968 24762762. A cancellation fee of 15 OMR plus airline charges applies per person. We accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Upon receipt of the cancellation fees, the Rewards Points and any monies paid will be fully refunded within 14 working days.
