A Rewards Points summary box will appear next to the payment summary box. The details in the Rewards Points summary box are as follows:
  • Opening Rewards Points balance: This means Rewards Points (if any) carried forward from your previous HSBC credit card statement.
  • Rewards Points earned. This means Rewards Points earned in the current billing cycle and accumulated at Rewards Management Middle East Limited.
  • Rewards Points transferred: this means Rewards Points transferred to your exclusive Rewards Points account.
  • Closing Rewards Points balance: this means Rewards Points (if any) carried forward to your next HSBC credit card statement.
Additional tickets which need to be paid fully with money cannot be processed by Rewards Points and must be booked directly with a travel agency or airline. If you have at least 30,000 Rewards Points you can redeem for an adult or child flight ticket. Infant tickets must be booked at the same time as the accompanying adult ticket is redeemed. Infants cannot be booked separately and or added on to an existing booking at a later stage.<
Provided members have registered their email address with us, they will receive a monthly statement which provides details on their account activity including any Rewards Points that are due to expire. You can call our Service Centre on + 968 24762762 between 8:00am to 5:00pm from Sunday to Thursday to check your account balance. Also, your monthly HSBC credit card statement will reflect the number of Rewards Points you have collected during the month.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your departure time result in the Air Reward ticket being forfeited. Forfeited tickets are not valid for travel and are non-refundable. However, eligible taxes can be refunded to your payment card upon request.
Cancellations must be made up to 72 hours prior to flight departure time by calling the Rewards Points Customer Service Centre on + 968 24762762 between the hours of 8am to 5pm (Oman time) from Sunday to Thursday, excluding Government and National holidays. A cancellation fee of 15 OMR plus airline charges applies per person. We accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Upon receipt of the cancellation fees, the Rewards Points and any monies paid will be fully refunded within 14 working days.
