No. The HSBC Rewards Points programme is applicable to all HSBC Premier and Advance Master Card Holders.
Only the Primary and Advance Cardholder can request for the redemption of My Rewards Points.
Reward redemption is available until 30 June 2023.
Rewards from the My Rewards Points rewards catalogue can be redeemed via www.myrewardspoints.com or by contacting our Customer Service Centre on + 968 24762762 between the hours of 9am to 6pm (Oman time) from Sunday to Thursday, excluding Government and National holidays. To spend Rewards Points against the rewards catalogue, members will have to be logged in at www.myrewardspoints.com or pass security criteria when calling the My Rewards Points customer service centre
This is dependent on the airline and their fare rules. Each airline has its own rules. However, the further in advance that flights are booked, the better the chance that you will be able to get a lower price reward. Following the announcement of the MRP Oman program closure, miles refunds related to the cancellation and amendment of travel rewards can only be processed until 30 June 2023, while credit card refunds can only be processed until 16th August 2023.
This is dependent on the actual Air Reward cost. However, there is a minimum cost of 30,000 Rewards Points per booking. Travel redemption can be made until 30 June 2023.
